Bryan Parks serves as the Chairman and the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Parks has over thirty-eight years of experience in building and running e-commerce and technology companies; many from concept to a successful exit. As a C-level executive, Mr. Parks has managed over 2,000 employees and has significant experience in team leadership, marketing, finance, and business development. Mr. Parks has been successful in raising both seed and growth capital for several companies and is highly proficient in finance and securities compliance.

Michael Salorio serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Solentrex Technologies. Mr. Salorio is a graduate of Arizona State University Master of Science in Finance and holds a Series 7, 9, and 10 securities license. Mr. Salorio has extensive experience in business sales and management and has achieved the highest recognition in being the top 1% of Relationship Managers in the United States. Mr. Salorio's leadership role will include building Solentrex business development, sales, partnerships, and strategic planning.

Chief Revenue Officer
Zach Leinberger serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for Solentrex and is the Founder of Ultra Energy, a solar sales organization he launched in 2017 and continues to lead today. He previously served as Vice President and Co-Owner of Southwest Electric, helping scale the company to more than 6,500 completed residential installs and $34M in peak annual revenue. With nearly a decade in solar, Zach has personally generated over 550 residential installations, built and trained large door-to-door sales teams, and developed installer partnerships across multiple states. His experience on both the sales and installation sides of the industry gives him a rare, execution-level understanding of what EPCs need to grow profitably. At Solentrex, Zach ensures the platform is built for real-world installer workflows, prioritizing speed, accuracy, and scalable growth.

Julie Parks serves as the Chief Accounting Officer for Solentrex. Ms. Parks brings nearly three decades of experience leading finance and accounting for growing companies across technology, e-commerce, manufacturing, and hospitality. As a longtime Controller and senior accounting executive, she has managed financial operations through periods of rapid growth and guided multiple companies through successful acquisitions, including IonSpec Corporation's sale to Varian and DriveWire's acquisition by US Auto Parts. A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, Ms. Parks has deep expertise in multi-entity financial reporting, audit preparation, and GAAP compliance, and is known for the precision and discipline she brings to fast-moving, high-growth organizations.

Shea Sueda is a graduate of the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where he graduated with honors. As a senior, he founded Clean Skies Technologies which went on to become the highest-reviewed solar dealership on Google in the state of Arizona. From 2020 to 2024, Shea served as CEO, leading more than 300 solar professionals and driving over $75 million in total sales volume. He earned national recognition for his personal door-to-door sales achievements and developed deep operational expertise across various layers of the solar value chain. Today, Shea brings a rare combination of executive leadership, hands-on sales mastery, and an extensive industry network to Solentrex.

Coltrane Charczenko serves as the Director of Design and Development for Solentrex. Mr. Charczenko is the Co-Founder and CEO of Omni Power, a thriving solar sales organization that has installed over $35 million in solar systems in just three years. With over seven years in door-to-door sales and five years in the solar industry, Coltrane has built a reputation as a dynamic leader and top performer. After two successful years growing pest control teams in California, he transitioned to solar, where he thrived, personally generating over $2 million in solar installations in his second year and becoming one of his company's top producers. Today, Coltrane leads a team of 60+ sales reps operating across Arizona, Texas, and Colorado, driving Omni Power's growth and impact in the renewable energy sector.

Hayden Gross serves as the Director of Technology for Solentrex, leading the design and engineering of the company's end-to-end solar platform. Mr. Gross oversees the architecture behind Solentrex's design, financing, and CRM systems, turning complex solar workflows into fast, accurate, and scalable software. He works hands-on across the entire technology stack and partners closely with the sales and operations teams to ship tools that solve real-world installer problems. With a build-first mindset and a relentless focus on execution, Hayden drives the day-to-day product and engineering roadmap that powers the Solentrex platform.
